According to the Social Security Administration’s own statistics, the majority of workers begin collecting(SEE: https://www.socialsecurity.gov/policy/docs/statcomps/supplement/2019/5b.pdf) a reduced retirement benefit before their full retirement age. Although there may be many reasons for this, we have found that sometimes it may not be the most advantageous action.

This presentation addresses some of the basic concepts workers should understand so they can make good decisions about their retirement benefits. Included is a discussion about:
